The WHO warns that leading a sedentary lifestyle could be among the 10 leading causes of death worldwide. Approximately 60% to 85% of the community worldwide lead a sedentary lifestyle, according to the release. so a lifestyle increases all causes of mortality; doubles the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity; and increases the risk of colon cancer, high life-blood pressure, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, depression, and anxiety. Although this is a serious health issue, it has not been addressed sufficiently. The health of to come generations also may be affected, as it is predicted that approximately 66% of children lead sedentary lives. Increasing tobacco use and poor diet and nutrition, combined with physical inactivity, are becoming part of many people's lifestyles. This combination can lead to many chronic diseases. These diseases are now the leading cause of death from top to toe the world except in sub-Saharan Africa. For the most numerous part, chronic diseases are preventable. Preventive measures approveed by the WHO include moderate physical exercise for up to 30 minutes by day, tobacco cessation, and worthy nutrition. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle begins in childhood, to such a degree parents and schools are urg to communicate this information.
