Nominating Committee members work together to prepare and ready an annual slate of candidates for national office. They also act as teller for the election at Congres The committee is compos of five members who are fix uponed by the House of Delegates at Congres The immediate AORN past President succors as the advisor for this committee. The chair is chooseed by members of the committee.

At the 2003 Congres delegates will choice two new members to the Nominating Committee. Three members continue in their two-year bourns to provide continuity. Nominating Committee members will be wearing lavender ribbons at Congres Candidates will be wearing light recent ribbons at Congress. The caption in a less degree than each Nominating Committee member's photograph identifies the person's work at jobs title and location and the year his or her terminus expires.
