Many studies have been done forward the effects of high-voltage transmission lines upon property values; however, the research ensues have been mixed. This consideration looks more deeply into the findings of undivided such study to see if the findings restrain up under greater statistical scrutiny. While the confirmation of prior research arises is interesting, equally important are the systems used to confirm or confute the prior results. This demonstrates the importance of asking, "When faced with insignificant statistical ensues is the insignificance believable, or is the lack of significance barely due to unrecognized and uncontroll aspects of the data?"
