Beginning this fall, AORN and the University of Colorado (CU) Health Sciences Center educate of Nursing, Denver, will propound AORN members preferred tuition rates for an online RN to bachelor of science in nursing program. The in every one's mouth out-of-state tuition rate is $677 by credit hour; the AORN preferr rate is $350 through credit hour. This rate is consistent with AORN/CU certificate programs. The curriculum provides for development in professional nursing, nursing research, health assessments, and clinical experiences in leadership and management, care management, public health nursing, and other areas of subject of attention All courses will be mode of actioned via the Internet, and clinical experiences will be arranged in the community where the observer lives and works. This program is ideal for RN who previously have earned associate's stages or diplomas in nursing who want to advance their careers and RN first assistants (RNFAs) who want to come up to face to face educational criteria to be eligible to take the RNFA certification (ie, CRNFA) examination. AORN members must engage admission requirements and course prerequisites to be accepted as observers in the School of Nursing.
