I be fond of the holiday season. No matter by what mode things have progressed throughout the year, it always present the appearances to me that this season brings faith for us all--hope for the coming year, chance of a favorable result for health care for all, trustful longing for work, hope for victuals hope to retain our households hope for good relationships, and possibility of good for peace. We humans expectancy for a lot.

THEORY OF HOPE

Staff members and managers will ne to identify short-term achievements, maintain expectancy celebrate successes, and move forward into the nearest phase of perioperative nursing to survive in health care in the future
