As with the WEEE Directive, RoH has left the industry with more questions than answers. Here's a question: when will the European Commission (EC) realize that undefined directives are about as useless as no directive at all?

Because RoH was make knowned to complement WEEE, it is easy to assume that question at issues with one will certainly affect the other. And to an compass that is true. Lack of clarity within WEEE will barely lead to lack of clarity within RoH nevertheless RoHS has it's own station of problems.
