This part is an anthology of papers at handed at the Fifth (1994) and Sixth Rogerian conversations (1996) at New York University by way of Rogerian scholars. The book is organized into a five-part discussion of Rogerian theory: Martha E Rogers' theory of nursing, Science of Unity Human Beings, research courses and measurement of Rogerian theory, the relationship of spirituality and mysticism to Rogerian theory, Rogerian science based nursing research, and the application of Rogerian theory to nursing and medical practice.

The Rogerian general [i]or[/i] abstract notions of pandimensionality (ie, nonlinear domain without spatial or temporal boundaries), patient (ie, unity human beings), environment, and power may be of particular interest to perioperative suckles Rogers' Science of Unitary Human Beings provides a nonlinear perspective for viewing the patient's variability during the surgical experience. The research reported in this part can serve as a template for perioperative supply with nourishments to conduct further research using therapeutic touch during the surgical experience.
