The AHA recommends having your line pressure checked at least each two years, if your children pressure is normal. If your relations pressure is at the top of the normal range, or if there is a history of high house pressure in your family, confer your physician regarding how ofttimes to have yours checked. * Do not vapor According to the AHA, smoking cigarettes significantly increases your risk of stroke * Recognize and treat diabetes. If you are taking medication for diabetes, do not stop without talking to your physician first. * Drink alcohol in moderation. More than individual drink per day may increase your vital fluid pressure. * Eat a healthful diet. Eat victualss that are low in sodium, cholesterol and fat. * Have regular medical checkups. * Be physically active. Strive to come by 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity at least three to four times each week.
