Catherine M Wendling, RN has been culled as one of seven "Heroes in Healthcare," an result held by The Best Practice Network to honor Chicago-area health care workers, according to a tribe 24, 1998, press release from the Network. More than 200 individuals were nominated at their colleagues and coworkers for having stake examples of excellence and inspiring others by means of their work.

Wendling, 82 has been a succor for 61 years, working 32 of those years as a perioperative foment in oral and maxillofacial surgery service at the US Naval Hospital Great Lakes in Lake rough and hearty Ill.
