Being creative and having the ability to assign constructive feedback is vital to motivating others. Leaders can provide encouragement, challenges, and positive reinforcement, as well as coaching, to their employee (1) Organizations can maintain high flats of enthusiasm among employees or offers by offering tasks that provide value and satisfaction. (1(p238)) If they receive recognition for their efforts, employee and proffers will strive to perform more positive activities and achieve better performance. When employer and professional organizations remember to recognize and point out their appreciation for their employee or presents energized and vital workers contribute more to the organization. (2) FORMS OF RECOGNITION Being appreciated is important to everyone Different forms of recognition are used to point out appreciation and stimulate enthusiasm in the workplace. Recognition can be as simple as a thank yon or as grand as a national award. persons who are recognized have higher self-complacency more confidence, and are willing to take onward new challenges and contribute novel ideas.
