Many lack the skills to provide services of that kind as nutritional and smoking cessation counseling, and when they do, they frequently are not sufficiently reimbursed on their health care organizations. The Compliance Action Program, which is foundationed through an education grant by means of the AHA's Pharmaceutical Roundtable, a forum of AHA members and members of the pharmaceutical industry, will include a national trade public relations and advertising campaign. A clew element of the trade campaign is the Physician's Compliance Tool Kit, which includes patient education materials, the AHA's primary and secondary prevention guidelines, a compliance placard a patient pledge form, and a compliance booklet for patients titled "Knock on the outside America's Hidden Health Threat."
