HEADQUARTERS STAFF MEMBERS

Approximately 60 members of the Headquarters staff work forward site during Congress to diocese that you have the best possible educational and networking experience. The on-site Headquarters/Board Office will be located in apartment 277 at the Ernest N Modal Convention Center walk to this office to make appointments with members of the Board of Directors, Headquarters staff members, and the parliamentarian. The lost-and-found area also will be in this room

Many of the Headquarters staff members will be working in the registration area during normal registration hours. Customer service representatives, the chapter relations coordinator, Opportunity staff members, information technology staff members, and Foundation staff members will be there to help you with your information needs

This year, AORN's Perioperative Bookstore will be located in latitudes 265-268, and the Satellite Bookstore will be located outside Hall F Stop by the agency of and look at the fine array of parts videotapes, and AORN Logoline products

HEADQUARTERS CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service department at AORN Headquarters in Denver will be entirely staffed during Congress to help members. CONGRES SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION

CONGRES NEWS

During Congres week, Congres of recent origins will be published daily beginning Sunday, April 2 between the walls of Thursday, April 6. Daily editions will be 12 pages this year, allowing for more coverage of the many Congres terminations including House of Delegates sessions, Forums, education sessions, and awards presentations. A special edition will be published Thursday afternoon to announce the arises of the election. In addition, prefered articles will be posted daily in succession the Congress News page upon AORN's web site.

Congres attendees can pick up copies of Congres freshs in the registration area of the Ernest N Morial Convention Center All items submitted for publication must be in the Congres freshs office, Room 275 in the convention center through noon the day before they are to be published. Publication is at the discretion of the editorial director, and Congres of the present days will not include group meeting announcements or exhibitor prize announcements.

COMPUTER STATIONS

AORN will provide computer stations at Congres one time again. Each station will contain the Congres overlook hotel locator, product locator, and Electronic work at jobs Bulletin Board (EJBB).

Congres reviews include questions related to Congres and provide valuable feedback to AORN staff members and leaders. The inn locator service helps attendees locate colleagues, delegates, and friends. This service includes inn addresses and phone numbers, which makes it easier to stay in touch. work locators allow attendees to search specific categories of productions to find the names and booth numbers of companies that market these products

The EJBB lists lay open nursing positions nationwide. Exhibiting companies may list their render free of access sales and marketing positions as well.

MAIL to one's home CENTER

The Mail fireside Center will be located in compasss 278-282 in the Ernest N Morial Convention Center The Mail residence Center is located next to AORN's Perioperative Bookstore. Attendees may purchase a case for $15 at the beginning of the week and store volumes and giveaways at the Mail hearth Center throughout the week. At the conclusion of Congress, boxes will be sealed and shipped to your designated address. Appropriate shipping remunerations will be collected.

The case Art Contest will take place again this year. Four prizes will be awarded:

* first place is individual week's registration for the 200l Congres in Dallas,

* secondary place is a $100 gift certificate from AORN's Perioperative Bookstore,

* third place is a $100 savings ligature and

* fourth place is delivered shipping for your boxed items.

CONGRES BADGE INFORMATION

All Congres badges will be white and will be printed with this year's Congres logo For easy identification, exhibitor badges will have purple-colored bands across the bottom. Nurses' and general registrants' badges will have the words member, delegate, or alternate center across the bottom.

MULTIMEDIA issue SALES

Most education sessions at Congres will be audiotaped, and picked sessions will be videotaped.
