Authors of four winning bills received ribbons from AORN Codirector of Perioperative Research Suzanne C Beyea, RN PhD C merit awards, and cash prizes of $500 each. The Improvement Program for Promoting the Utilization of the Operating place in Taiwan--Shaw Fu Ling, RN MSN Veterans General Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan. A computerized program named "Operative Time Management" was established according to OR personnel in Taiwan to analyze and review the performance between surgeries.
