The value of a team cannot be underestimated, particularly when team members provide sensible vision and able-bodied guidance to direct, align, and inspire actions that make a difference in perioperative nursing. In my part as editor of the AORN Journal and while working in the OR, I have not at all underestimated the effort it takes to accomplish a positive result when several people are involved. AUTHOR PARTICIPATION
