OVERCOMING COMMUNICATION BARRIERS IN PATIENT EDUCATION

Each chapter is well organized in a similar fashion and begins with facts, figures, and answers to as a common thing [i]or[/i] matter asked questions. This is followed at a description of communication strategies, along with tips forward alternative communication techniques and practices.
