The AORN Exhibitors' Advisory Committee (EAC) delineates all companies exhibiting at the 2002 Congres in Anaheim, Calif. It is compos of sum of two units AORN staff members and nine industry members who are nominated and appointed by way of the EAC. The AORN Executive Director acts as the liaison to the EAC. The Committee's final cause is to advise and assist AORN in matters pertaining to Congres exhibits, the Congres Incentive Program, the Exhibitor Sponsorship Program, the Michael D Corley Scholarship, and Nurses/Exhibitors Day activities held each year at Congres The EAC members can be identified by means of the brown ribbons attached to their name badges.

CONGRES INCENTIVE AND EXHIBITOR SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS

The EAC awards a $100000 grant to the AORN Foundation to administer the two the Congress Incentive Program and the Exhibitor Sponsorship Program. The Congres Incentive Program assists chapters in sending members and delegates to Congres in consequence of the program, 60 chapters received $800 each and sum of two units members-at-large received $350 each for the 2002 Congres To be eligible for the drawing, individuals were required to register for Congres on Dec 14, 2001, and membership was required to be present The drawing will be held Jan 7 2002 single in kind entry per chapter is allowed. Presidents of the winning chapters will be notified after the drawing via note which will include the $800 check. The brace member-at-large winners will receive notification in writing and can pick up their checks at the AORN Foundation booth in Anaheim.

The Exhibitor Sponsorship Program distributed stocks to managers who have not at all attended Congress. Notification was given in writing.

NURSES/EXHIBITORS DAY ACTIVITIES

The day will begin with attendant sessions followed by the ribbon cutting to signify the opening of exhibits. After exhibits choke Amanda Gore will present the Jerry G mate Lectureship titled "Get a Life!" Gore's presentation will address easy, effective techniques to contrariwise stress, and she will teach attendees to be warmed happier, do more, and improve performance. These techniques can be incorporated into everyday life, and those using these techniques will papal court a dramatic improvement in many areas.
