The AORN Journal welcomes manuscripts forward topics of interest to nation who are responsible, directly or indirectly, for the surgical continuum of care. This audience includes managers, supervisors, and directors in the perioperative area, materials management, administration, central service, human resources, and information and computer plans Articles should offer information that will help managers do their piece of works better.

Detailed articles will be considered for fireside Study Programs. Feature articles whose authors include at least common RN AORN member will be inscribeed in the annual AORN Journal Writers Contest
